Dr Eric Hong is a dedicated cardiologist in Singapore with over 20 years of experience diagnosing, treating and helping prevent diseases affecting the heart and blood vessels, including coronary artery disease, heart rhythm disorders, heart failure and high blood pressure.
He is one of few cardiologists in Singapore who subspecialises in interventional cardiology, nuclear cardiology, and multi-modal cardiac imaging. useful and necessary.
Beyond that point, we believe that this could only result in higher costs and greater patient anxiety with
no corresponding increase in medical benefits.
Many cardiac patients and athletes, for instance, visit us with a lot of worry and intent to perform as many
tests and procedures (such as a stent) as possible, even when it is not actually needed in their case.
When Should You See a Heart Specialist?
